@VahnGali It's on PS3 not on PS2. And it's by far the best console to play games such as mm9 and mm10 on because the controller is the best for them.

Splash woman's weakness is hornet man's hornets...........doesn't it sound awkward?
-
You bring up an excellent point.
-
Probably for the benefit of the usefulness of the weapons. Do you really think they missed something as obvious as that? That the entire testing phase, no one decided to pause the game while an attack was on screen? Come on. It's too obvious and too easy to fix to not be intentional. They opted for playability and clever/strategic use over matching previous games. Imitation != duplication.
-
Why would the developers intentionally make the pause menu act differently from the games it's trying to imitate in the first place?
-
Not a mistake. Completely intentional.
-
Yeah it's taking advantage of a silly mistake that developerms made :P

Since this is a japanese game you probably hold a world-wide record. Just like Tetris Party has a world-wide record, so does this. also I wanna ask does the World recorld only holds record for seperate console or all together

That's some good shit! I didn't know about the B.Bomb when you press start it'll disappear and you can shoot that sht again! WOAH!!!

Alright then, heh. Good thing, I suppose, haha - I changed my mind. I know I can do better and I'm pretty close. My weakness is the boss fight. I still can't get a perfect one, but I'm almost positive I can beat my current time. I want to move on to another stage, but I keep coming back here because I'm so close.
Holy SHIT! I did it! 1:34.26! (Got to the boss at 1:29.91, so I'm sure I could improve it still. You beat the boss faster than me.) Do you still hold the fastest time on the X-box? I beat Wasuremono, who is the leader on the Wii at 134:36 by 1/10 of a second.
I guess what I'm asking is... do I hold the WORLD record for this level at the moment? Do the Wii/X-box/Ps2 hold records only for America, or are they worldwide?
Thanks in advance!

congrats! yes you have the well deserved world record. 1:29:91 stage time means that 1:33:81 is possible with a perfect boss fight.
btw, check your inbox :)

Damn. I got to Splash Woman today with a time of 1:29.75 (Fastest ever...) as opposed to your 1:30.40 but I fucked up at the boss putting me at about 1:36.20. My best is 1:35.75 but I WILL beat your time. ;)
I've probably watched your pattern against Splash Woman fifty times now. Hope I get it right next time.
(I'm playing on the Wii, not the X-box, BTW.)

yea if you saw when i posted it on SDA i mentioned that it should be able to go down to at least 1:33.86 cause i've gotten around that stage time also, had some slow messups with tornado after RC in that run.
the key to splash woman is NOT trying to memorize a pattern.
trust me, its way easier to just focus on hitting her than trying to memorize what i did..i learned that the hard way.

great job. :)
that one t.blow jump is impossible without the pausing?
TrevorSeguin 3 years ago
well there's like an exact spot you t-blow from, otherwise you hit the spikes or don't make the ladder. i mean...i guess you could do the same without pausing, but you would need super human reflexes and the spot you do it from would remain the same (Pausing helps me pinpoint it better =) ).
