Take the excellent, yet static (non-moving) Prone Plank exercise and add action to it! Since the core works best (as designed) to react to movement and force from the arms and legs, this is a nice beginning to add movement to the Prone Plank exercise. Of course, there are many more variations to this exercise, so start here and be carefully creative, slowly!
