This truly is a amazing movie. I watch it with my dad all the time. My dad and my uncle are both firefighters. I worry about them both alot but they love their job and wouldnt trade it for the world. They are my heros. All firefighters are true heros.

Ladder 49, my and many others favorite movie. The story and the characters are all combined in a magnificent way. And what can I say about the ending, as my oppinion this is among the best movie ending in film history!

when ever i watch this movie it makes me cry and it makes me think of my dad because he is a police officer and i think of how he protecs everyone but sometime i think of how dangerous it is...how he could die trying to protect others.

The part where i had to turn it off was when hes in the room with the fire, and he realizes hes not going to make it out, the look on his face just scared me because it was so realistic. but i did see the end later on, and this is and always will be my favorite movie, because its truly a firemans life. respect.
