what is that button in the middle of the dash that has a b on it?

The red button is from the mistlight at the back of the car.
Normaly (in'69 model) there wasnt a mistlight,but here in Belgium we need it for the car-controlling every year.
The 2 black buttons is headlights,and windowcleaners, in the middle (black square) is to set your KM's manualy, i put it there because i can see when the car need some fresh oil... :)
