@WildMeemz Yes, anything is possible. How can you be so sure that anything is "indestructible?" How do you know that there isn't an infinite number of universes and that you are only viewing things from a strictly human perspective? A natural disaster is only destructive to humans, animals and plants, to the rest of the universe it's completely and totally necessary. It's not destructive at all. Research M Theory

@gibbsies I see what ur saying, but how can any part of nature any part god if a natural disaster can destroy it? by observing and looking into nature it points out to such perfection that the One who created it must be indestructible.
Yet behind these natural systems there Must be something? ... is it possible for anything to begin from nothing? Especially with no conscious decision being made.
-
@WildMeemz You say that is if there is no destruction in our current universe. I didn't say that we are gods I said that all of nature is "God." We are not all of nature we are just a tiny tiny fraction of it. I recommend you research chaos theory to see how easy it is for complexity to arrive out of simplicity. Natural systems build upon eachother (cells reproduce, plants cover the earth) without any conscious decisions being made. It's really quite simple.

@gibbsies .. but that would be saying we are gods, we being part of nature. Is it that even possible, that this world in it's perfection, and delicate balances is in fact it's own creation. how can something of such detail have created itself? How can the whole universe that if changed by just 1% would come crashing, be maintaining itself?
-
I know, that there are reincarnations, "souls" and those things (although I'm not sertain for god lol).
But if you were right, I'd have a better life and would care more for my ONE life!
-
@WildMeemz Well, what if you were to find out that all of nature is what you consider "God?"

[Part 2] i believe that even if i were to try to place in my frame of mind that there is like you say no higher life, i would subconsciously and consciously reject it every step of the way. My whole understanding and perspective of the world is based on there always being a God.
-
[Part 1] it's impossible for us to not have a creator, everything is created, everything has a beginning, and i have reason to believe 100% that God is there. So with that in mind, and with that being my understanding of the world, that has captured all heart, mind and soul.

@noblepuker I originally said i wouldn't change...but i think i'd dedicate my life to harrasing the religions who 'knew gods word',and the gullible people who swallowed it.Religions that killed, tortured, and exiled non-believers for 1000's of years.Countries who fought wars believing god was on THEIR side....oh ya,i'd have a field day.

This isn't really a question Ive asked myself. I've always wondered what happened when I died, but never wondered how it would effect me if I knew. So you wanna know what Id do? How would I change if I knew there was no god?
I'd kill more people. Thats all there is to it. Not because I think its cool, or something like that. But if there's anything Ive realized in my short life, its that I've almost never been as happy as I was the last time I killed an animal. Im just sick.
Id kill more people.
