towards the end is unclear, did he turn the burner back on after he stabilized the temp. at 150-160 degrees and let it cool down for 30 minutes? or is he talking about steeping from when he originally turned off the burner??? did he turn it off then turn it back on, then off again after adding the grains?

I think this is a very concise walkthrough of the brewing process. The demonstration of steeping the grains in the most simple domestic brewing environment was very useful.
Only issue I have is that it's hard to watch them in sequence the title is too long and there's no part numbers.
