  • @laoshu505000 what are the chat rooms you went on to learn Mandarin Chinese? Also, are there websites that you watch tv on in a foreign language?

  • @EpicAdam102 When I first started, I used to go to zhongwen.com then later on I used MSN and Yahoo chat for a long time. I'll post the T.V. site link on your profile.

  • My boyfriend is Gambian and I really want to learn the language - It's hard finding resources for wolof :/

  • @BBYoungLady I agree with you. I was only able to find very few resources for Wolof, but they were in French only.

  • Gracious one, I think in one of your videos you showed possesion of a wolof book, do you anywhere to get possesion of such a book?

  • @SebastienLoong Yes, I do own a wolof book, but it doesn't have audio to it. If you're interested I can send you the video I made on it.

  • @laoshu505000 thanks!

  • @laoshu505000 Thank goodness I know some of his friends, but the way they write it down on paper is different from how the websites write it down so I get a bit confused. And apparently Senegalese wolof differs from Gambian wolof and the majority of wolof speakers are Senegalese but I want to learn Gambian wolof.

  • @laoshu505000 Thank you for the video :) I watched it previously :) It's ok, I have a faint idea of the general phonological feel of the language - all one needs is a couple of Youssou N'dour songs to get into kkkkk :)

But we're you saying you had to go to your university for purchase? The book isn't available online is it? :D

Bless you for your precious time! :)

  • I wish I could be thankful for the Vietnamese in downtown Kansas City where I often eat with my dad, but I don't have an interest in Chinese or Vietnamese. I was scared when I tried reading a Vietnamese menu like Pinyin - the waitress and her family working there spoke Vietnamese, but she didn't bother listening because I didn't pronounce it right.
