@tworedballoons Good comment, and wonderful to hear your loving it up there.
I could in some ways quite easily move up to Skye, would be one of my dreams and I have already selected the are I'd love to live to the end of my life, has to be Loch Lomond, since the Smiths clan was from around that area.
Also have a big scottish ancestry, very proud of that, I am a descendant of The Bruces, another reason to be very proud, love my family, I get so excited when I go up to Scotland, great country.

@Rfc1Darryl Donnie is nothing short of a saint I think.
Great Scottish man, was in a band I just wouldn't know what to like in music if they weren't touring, Runrig of course I am talking about, all I can think about when their not touring at the moment for until around Christmas time.
I am always looking forward to the next occasion when i see them live, I get so excited its just amazing the atmosphere the Scottish make for an event, nothing short of incredible.
I am very grateful!

@Rfc1Darryl I am a proud descendant, distant descendant from my grandmothers family on my fathers side that where Bruces, miss her allot.
Very proud of it when people mention Robert De Bruce, good man! Although I am English, don't know what it is about Scotland but I'd support them if England where to fall, with no hesitation if Scotland got through to a tournament and England didn't I'd still support Scotland.
Great country is all I say!

who's the one with curly hair...can't remember his name ? He played at West Ham I think.
What the hell has politics got to do with a countries pride & a great song?? All these negative comments just show the 'small mindedness' of folk. We live in a modern age and old scores should be left in the past! I am English, have lived in Scotland for 26 years, love it here & wouldn't live anywhere else. I pay my taxes same as everybody else. I class myself more Scots than English nowadays. They have GUTS, won't be stamped upon and keep coming back for more!!
