LOL! Believe me dude ur not missing anything. It runs the same framerate on my Pentium 4 3.8Ghz 6800 Ultra 2 Gigs RAM puter.

Well like I mentioned P4 just runs it the same as Pentium 3. This game like many other common racing game defect have a fixed framerate regardless of speed you get. I have upgraded since that P4 but I most sure it'll still run in the same speed. XD

@superallye well the problem is that u have a pentium 4 get rid of the pentium 4 and fin another cpu for ur pc and it should work just fine

Well, it's not bad, SCAR clearly isn't too much of a CPU hog, but I think my Athlon64 X2 3800+, GeForce 8600GTS and 2GB of RAM run it a bit faster... BTW,what resolution are you running it at, and are these low settings?
