This is my thing....if the treatment has worked for you and it's fantastically easy, post the recipe for the shake. I've had the condition for over 10 years, and it has basically impaired my quality of life. If I ever find a so-called cure or even a treatment that helps (I'm currently researching both) then you can bet your ass I would let the entire world know what has helped me.

This diet helped me a lot, so I can recommend everyone to try it, only negative it has is the shake's taste. It did not cure me completely, but that may be caused by me not following the diet close enough.

@bobboulos Look man i gave up worrying about it. I was in hawaii recently and people stared and i couldnt give a shit, because im actually enjoying life anyway. The problem for most sufferers is going to be when they are older and riddled with arthritis because the two illness go hand in hand. I actually believe that psoriosis is the body burning off excess sugars. I weakened my psoriosis by cutting down on sugars and especially honey. Avoid honey like the plague. Honey is the savage wildcard.

Some people post comments because they are simply overacting- not because of your procedure "Beating Psoriasis" to go to your website etc... its because we psoriasis patients are suffering, and its paining.. most of us are angry people, our stress makes our psoriasis go bad, plus we've been "lab rats" for many people trying their "inventions" for psoriasis on us. The most common type of skin psoriasis is plaque psoriasis. The skin is red and covered with grey or silver scales and inflamed. also patches of circular to oval shaped red plaques that are itchy or burn.
