There was a company, that made twin red anodized motors and mounts, huge heatsinks, for the darbys and other big boats, they'd put the boat, damn near onto a plane almost, sold for 360 dollars, anyone remember the name of the company or website ?
You guys cant really see it, but that R/C is HUGE. Or mine is anyway; it has a trailer type thing that has a floating dock attached to it to where you push it into the water and the dock and boat float up, while the trailer sinks because of a 150 pound steel bar attached to the bottom of it. The boat itself takes a car battery to function. it is truly a work of art

RBC: I have motors similar to your description by a company called M.A.C.K. but I believe my particular models are no longer made.

I've had the same Mr. Darby tug sitting in the basement, half finished, for 15 years now. I'm just too busy to finish it!
