This was taken AFTER public hours at a living history display.
Basically, a bunch of groups representing US soldiers throughout history had their displays set up on the grounds of the Transportation Corps Museum at Fort Eustis, VA.
During public hours, all the displays were up and running and we were talking to the visitors, explaining gear and history.
AFTER public hours, we were alone on the site and were BBQing and just having fun and messing around. That's when this video was shot.

Yes, that's an M1 Carbine. Google "M1 Carbine Vietnam" or "M2 Carbine Vietnam" to see original photos of them being used in Vietnam.
