The British Iraq war inquiry will be conducted by 5 people.
One of them, Gilbert, has publicly compared Bush and Blair to Churchill and Roosevelt.
Another, Freedman, was directly involved in trying to push through a second UN resolution permitting an invasion of Iraq.
Its leader, long serving establishment man, Sir John Chilcot, was involved in the Hutton inquiry, and an enquiry into bugging at Stormont (both regarded by many as a whitewashes).
This inquiry is set to be a whitewash.
