Unfortunaly that's simply a gedan yoko geri kekomi and not fumikomi (stomping). For a fumikomi geri you would first bring your foot to your opponent's leg or foot and stomp forward (or sideways or backwards - depending what kick) and downwards, also using your body weight to break the balance (or the knee, foot, etc.). Also there is no pulling back: As I wrote - it's stomping.
