Sorry, friend, but I think Rockstar Games will take legal action. In GTA: San Andreas, there was a clothing chain called Victim. Not sure if this is a copyright, but I won't take any chances.

I used adobe photoshop to create the "victim" logo, and sony vegas to make the video ^^
