ogopogo swims by in summerland bc.wmv

Judge for yourself, this was the secound time I, ( we ) saw these three or four things circled around in the bay then went back up the lake!!!

@hop1pop, Well hop pop, you and your photo editing where not there on that beach on that day and the year before, this wave does not ever come to the shore and I watched them turn around in a small cove and swim back up the lake!!! Plus there were no boats moving around in that area. My very relegious sister inlaw whom I would never think she would have open mind to what we were seeing, was quite capured by these WAVES!!

ridged edge of it's fin .... just like in the famous Ed Fletcher photographs.

I have been to the Okanagan quite a few times, and just this summer I was with my nana boating out on the lake in Naramata when all of the sudden the spikes pop out of the water beside the boat. This was a very attention grabbing experience for me, and I watched as the spikes slivered in and out of the water. I have been hearing many stories about this strange creature, which I believe to be true. Ever since that experience i have been researching as much as i can about this ogopogo.

I think if the ogopogo wanted to eat kids swimming or anyone else I would have been eaten a long time ago...as would MANY others...I have friends who swear they have seen it... all I can say is the whole area is magical and heals the soul...
