I've never heard that before, but thank you for the tip...I'll research that. I've lost 141 lbs now, all the while drinking bottled water....but admittedly, that's because of the surgery. Thank you for the tip!

omg I feel the exactly the same way about the lapband...Freeks me out to have something plastic in me and omg those huge ass needles.Just cut my stomache out please. Ps you look great! :)
