Shooting steel up in the hills. Cows around not really bothered by the noise. I did have to stop to let this one go by.

  • @petter405 rimfire not centerfire

  • Anyways TinaDoll420, excellent shooting, I agree with fredhart, 5/5!!!

  • Thank you...btw I accidentally removed your comment to Air Rifle Hunting :( I was trying to reply and i hit remove instead...thank you for explaining what they just don't get. I love my Ruger MKIII but it is quite loud...ear protection is always a must! I prefer foamy ones myself ;)

  • did anybody else see that cow charge at her! god damn shes lucky to be alive!!

  • Have you ever shot a .22 pistol?? You get a ringing sound in your ears. Because the barrel is much shorter than a rifle they are much much louder.

  • got to love the cow crossing lol.

  • Good vid hey can somebody tell me wear the primer is located on a 22lr I just don't understand. Ha

  • @petter405 They do need primers. The primer is on a .22LR is the rim of the case. On a centerfire, the priming compound is in the little round metal piece bottom center on the case. On a rimfire, the compound is spread around inside the rim of the case. On a centerfire, the hammer strikes the bottom of the cartridge in the center, where the separate primer is, igniting the priming compound, which ignites the primary load. On a rimfire, the hammer strikes the rim of the case, doing the same thing

  • youve got a really nice wife... wish i had one

  • THAT COW WAS COMING RIGHT FOR YA!!

  • 0:22 moo

  • @petter405 rimfire rounds have a primer built into the round itself. When a rimfire is fired it leaves a mark on the rim, hense the name rimfire.

  • @petter405 They do, need, and have primers. The primers are in the rim of the casing not in the center, thus rim-fire

  • @TinaDoll420 The primer is actually the rim area of the brass casing. The primer material is distributed around the inside of the rim, which is why you will see the primer strike on the edge of the brass casing rather than in the middle on a clearly visible primer on a centerfire cartridge.
