When you are recording guitar, do you have to use the preset audio settings? Or can you use just a normal sound, like you would hear from running it straight through an amp?
Also can you plug the guitar into effects pedals before plugging it into the CI1 and you will hear them?

Hi! I would like to know if the CI1 USB Audio Interface is able to record 1 guitar and 1 voice simultaneously and then to send this 2 inputs into 2 separated tracks into cubase, in other words, if I set the track #1 for input 1 of the CI1 and track #2 for input 2 of the CI1 and arm both tracks for record, when I press record will the software record the guitar and the voice at the same time?
