Running rule was changed back in 99 or so. SInce then, running is permitted.

doing all that in 70 pounds of bunker gear on top of all the wieght you have to carry around is not easy

it not easy and it may look easy in this video but it not and yes one of our lowell firefighter pass out for a few min after carry the human adult.

Nice job! So are there different standards for different states that do the FF Challenge? Some have the same course but heavier hose packs and heavier weights to lift up the tower. Takes them like 6 mins.
