How much of this is the Sunnah of the Prophet (sas) and how much of it is BIDD'AH???

W/salam! Chaihal Kaaf is the Dhikir of, our Sheikh, Hazrat Sheikh Abdul Qadir Gilani(RA) and was also written by Sheikh Abdul Qadir Gilani(RA) but it must not be recited more than once, even on the possessed!! One time is enough!! n it should be recited with the permission of a Sheikh!!
