Juri's voice: Loredana Nicosia - Shojo Kakumei Utena ep.07

Loredana Nicosia is Juri Arisugawa's voice. Loredana is an important italian talent voice: she was the voice of Uma Thurman (Pulp Fiction and Henry & June), Jodie Foster (The Accused and Sommersby), Geena Davis (Thelma & Louise). She is Smurfette's voice also.

I'm italian but I watched Utena with the original dub, the first time.

Then I watched it in Italian and noticed the reeeeally questionable translation and adaptation...

I mean..."Shiori"s "Kiseki wo shinjite, omoi wa todoku to" became "Believe in miracles and your dreams will come true" XD XD XD

Also, I don't like italian dubs. I think Italian voice actors are very talented but Anime are not dubbed how they should be. Characters are always so cold and without life, I don't like it.

I watched the entire series in Italian, and I still think it's better than the American dub (but that's not difficult) and the original.
