  • @PineapplePwincess--I'm a Pacific Islands Studies major @ UH Manoa, employed as a professional Polynesian dancer and obviously u don't know what my screen name is tokelauan. I can bet u that this song is purely tokelauan n closely understood by tuvauans. Tahitians n other cultures have no idea what the translation is. If ur gonna perform someone elses culture, u better know it well. Get out of the pineapple fields n know ur sh!t

  • The meaning of this song is bout organs falling out

  • this is a sad routine; first of all, this type of song/dance is called a fatele, of tokelau. This song talks about a persons limbs falling off and it has a set dance routine that goes with it. This clip resembles nothing tokelauan. Its like someone dancing indonesian to a japanese song in japanese kimoto outfits.

  • lol this is hilarious

  • that was really good. i like it.

    love the costumes!!

  • te vaka - aue kapaku
