So, I've been following him learning more about the "Raw Foods" and how to detoxify my system. The process that I am about to undertake is a bit drastic but needed to jump start a more healthier me. I am going on a 8 days water diet (that's right just water) than I will reintroduce liquified vegetables from a juicer for about 8 to 10 days than began a full garden salads with plenty of water. This new diet eleminates all processed foods, and dairy. Its a new life-style change for me. cont..

It sounds like another quick fade; I'm a little concerned about that. Like you, I am fed up with my weight but more than that I have blood pressure issues and I've developed diabetes traveling down that same road you're on now. I was introduced to raw foodest person named Dan "the man" McDonald who calls himself the "liferegenerator" he has YT videos on "how to" with juicing vegetable and fruits and just eating healthy. I am at a despreate state now and must do something to get off the meds...

Hey I just wanted to leave you some helpful info. There is a blog spot called nouveaucheap.blogspot.com and she has a list of which products should be included on the sale. I used her site for this CVS milani sale and for the last big CVS sale I just wanted to pass that info on. It really helps save some time.
