Free Screencasting Tool: Capture Fox

http://youcanmakevideo.com/ Capturefox is an incredible Firefox Plugin. I LOVE how easy it is to use Capturefox to do screencasts. It is by far one of the best screencasting tools on the planet. Combining CaptureFox with Zoomit is a killer one two combo for screencasting success.

If you restart the "Fire Fox", I lose everything done, and I have to download Capture Fox again and again tells me to restart to finish loading, and again I download everything and had Consistently I do not understand, fail to understand, I Spanish use a traductor
