  • This video was very imformative. RTI seems to really work for students. Its focuses on the students which is where the focus should be so that students can achieve a good education.

  • This video was very helpful in understanding the Response-to Intervention process. I think it is important for all students to receive the best instruction possible to meet specific individual needs. I also enjoyed how information was shown through classroom activities. Good video

  • This video was definitely very informative and full of useful information. I like the way the explain that RTI isn't just about struggling or LD students but all students. It shows how the RTI program should be used in a school environment and helps a person see the program in action instead of reading about it.

  • I think that this video was very informative. I learned alot about the three tiers of intervention. RTI makes sure that struggling students are getting the support that is needed. Teachers and administrators work together to make sure that all students are learning and meeting the requirements for academic achievement.

  • This video is full of so much information. It does an awesome job of explaining what RTI is. I also love how it is being used for all children and not just the ones struggling. It's also wonderful that everyone is working together to make this happen. Great video!

  • I thought that this was a great video! It offered so much information. I learned a lot from this video that helped me to better understand the process of an RTI. I now know that and RTI is not just for one set of students but, is for every student in the school and it is helping to solve the problem on literacy.

  • I think this was a great video! It not only showed interventions for students who are struggling, but also showed how the other students can benefit too. I like how the staff was up beat and excited about what they were doing. I liked the comment made that student achievement was the main goal. This video highlighted the importance of RTI not only as a classroom plan but school wide as well.

  • I love the idea of being able to work with students in smaller groups and targeting specific problem areas and strenghts. I also thought Response to Intervention was about focusing on struggling students, but I see now that, ideally, it is a school-wide approach to helping all students. Rayna A, (ASU)

  • The video was very thorough explaining the process of Response to Intervention. I like Dr. Shapiro comment that the program is not about the struggling or non-struggling students, but about all the students. The teachers know their roles and were dedicated in implementing a successful intervention plan for their students.

  • Great Video and very informative!!! I have always seen RTI as focusing only on students at risk. This video is about screening for all students in all grades. The staff was positively charged and believed in what they were doing. They had high expectations for all kids. We should focus more on student achievement, regardless of the social, racial, ethnic or socio-economic group they fall in.
