Sorry. I apologize. I was wrong. I am assuming that at that time i didnt know about the cold reving and stoppin while cold. I know that now though and I am very meticulous about it. I studied this car inside and out before buying. I wanted to make sure i knew all the pros and cons about owning a rotary. But yea, I apologize for my cold start, rev, and stop.

I know all about the start and stopping while cold. Thing is that I did that after it had already warmed up from a drive from town. And I am currently as of Feb 2010, at 80,000 miles and had nothing major go wrong with this car. I have already had a tune up requiring new coils and what not but nothing big. All my miles are highway, so this engine will stay healthy for a long time. I got the car in april 2009 at 52K and now Im at 80K and loving every mile.

The RX-8 is a four door car. Technically I call it a "4 door Coupe", but it opens up like a truck. The back doors are suicide and open rearward once the front opens. It is the most practical sport 4 seater I know of.

ahh and ive totally got that radar detector! not bad for cobra, gives quite a few false "x" alarms though..

Im not missing the Cavy as much since it still in the fam. My bro driving it now. And since Ive had that detector for quite some time now, I have gotten use o the alarms it gives me throughout my route. So I know which are false and which are police. Ive gotten it down to a science now and people who ride with me are amazed when I can 95% accurately name every alarm as false or not. I love saying... and thats a cop riiiiight.... there. MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
