Greg Whitby is surely one of the most forward thinking Directors of Education anywhere in the world. Fact. When he takes the time to speak to you, you'd better listen which is exactly what a group of about 30 Scottish educators took the opportunity to do when he dropped into LTS in Glasgow in October 2009.

In this clip, Greg talks about how the tool defines the learning using powerpoint as an example. It is, of course, a metaphor for how education systems have been run, with no regard for what needs to be learned.
