Forget Eminem, forget the world, you only get one shot, get the Bible on your Ipod.
Erase the music of the world, and put on the music of God.

  • Life is short.

Today the Bible can be reproduced in many different ways, why not make use of it. Why not erase 'worldly' music that boasts about self, and replace it with the word of God. Putting the whole NIV on an I pod can take just 20 mins. Why not do a Bible reading in the car on the way to work, email me to find out more.

We are in the world but not of it.

  • Excellent idea!

A messsage to all Bible Beleiving people:

''whatsoever things are honest, just, pure, lovley, or good, if there is any wisdom or praise in them, think on these things!''

    Philippians 4V8.

does this describe the music of the world?

    xx

  • Is there an ipod bible that syncs narration and text?I have tried a few different ways of putting the bible text in my ipod's "notes" section but it will not hold the entire text of he bible because of it's 1000 file limit even though it is a 30gb ipod and should be able to hold every translation on earth in 30GB,lol

  • I have the NLT organised by date for daily readings - approx 6GB - easy to listen to - but it'll cost you about £25 to buy the recordings from Laridian. Not tried the navigation on an iPod yet, but on my non-ipod, I can go straight to the month & day then hear the readings in order. Great for the commute!

  • Clever video!

If anyone is interested I have an mp3 version of the ESV (English Standard Version) as well as 2 versions of the NIV

  • the world is aggressive in its marketing to us, we get so many images and sounds forced on us, its great to have an idea of how to counter that with the Words of life
