Caryn Kadavy - 1987 Worlds Long Program

Caryn Kadavy lost a split decision to Debi Thomas for the silver medal at the 1987 World Championships. Nonetheless, she moved up from 5th place with this performance, winning the bronze medal.

Clearly, she is among the most beautiful skaters of all times--particularly given that she isn't 4'11" and 80 LBs (or 145 cm and 35 kg, for our metric friends!) like so many of those little ballerinas.

I wish Miki Ando would watch performances like this and acquire the "flair" she lacks.

Especially considering that Peggy Fleming is one of the most criical skating commentators around. For having won her medals back in the day before women were expected to do triples, she sure can pick apart a skater's performance.
