I'm South Korean (Kim=giveaway) and I can say with confidence that this is a North Korean film; or at the very least, it has a genuine North Korean person speaking Munhawo, not standard (South) Korean. Whether it was dubbed by a DPRK-approved actress is another question. The English accent almost gives this whole film a sarcastic tone, or maybe that's the way I'm just watching this.

Btw not related to Kim Jong Eun; 1/6th all Koreans are Kim.

i suggest you google "camp 22" first, you'll find several satellite images of the camp itself.

all you had to do is google it, really. that's it. please. try it. i promise you'll find several sources full of the stories of lucky/unlucky death camp survivors on which you can comment and insult peoples' intelligence all the while assuming they're a wet dreaming prepubescent boy, when they are in fact a female college student.
