I said in the comment that you have just answered: "GRANTED". You are replying with an argument a comment in which your argument was granted as valid. No point in emphasizing an argument that HAS ALREADY BEEN GRANTED.

quite honestly....a lot of americans are rather self centered and/or ignorant to really care about the world outside their borders. There are lots of studies where adult Americans have been asked things that should be everyday knowledge yet they couldn't answer it.

Even though we are definitely better off than North Korea with its dictatorship, we (as in the western world) are still being controlled and nowhere near free as we like to believe. We are still very much under control of the few powerful, while at the same time granted many rights and freedoms to make us believe we are better off.
