@gnbeatz actually you can add external synths and effects purchased through third parties. Like massive or synths by linear digital. so he could be using way more than just logic itself. that laptop could be worth thousands just in plugins. so yeah you do actually need something to make something.

FL is dope though, I love how its so easy, drag and drop and its VST compability is dope. Plus it has qwerty so I can make beats any where Fl is my favorite daw with Logic Pro

Proof that gear means nothing. Who cares about whether it FL, Cubase, PT or reason.
Chad is using just the built in sounds of logic and the laptop keyboard and it still sounds like the Neptunes. If you have the talent, you can make music with almost nothing.
