@Jok3R9914440033313 I hate to be a spelling nazi but come on man. If you are asking what I think you are; it doesn't matter whether you angle it up or down. I angle it down. I have not seen any real gains in girth which is fine with me because I am happy with my girth.

Why would you get girth for wearing it down? Its an extender. Before anyone asks, you dont change your girth into length - the girth stays the same whilst using it and has done for me.

Best bit of advice i got was to wrap the penis in a warm towel before stretching. It warms the penis and prepares it for stretching. It feels more comfortable once this has been done.
