This follows I-95N Across the Woodrow Wilson Bridge to I-295N to I-395 South in Downtown DC all the way to Springfield.

I am confused as to why you referred to one point as a no good reason slowdown. The traffic at that particular point of the video didn't look any worse to me than at any other point. It didn't look like a slowdown to me.

@meteorrocketable There was traffic slowing down and when we got there, there was no reason for it, no accident or lane closure, you'll have to just trust me on that.

you was in DC as soon as you went from the beltway (I-95/I-495) to 295 and a about 1/4 mile up. DC covers quite a bit of land.
