How? Win all cups, in all CC's, plus 150CC Mirror Mode.

To unlock the basic seven karts for each character you must complete 50cc and come first in all of the cups (or should that be kups?). To unlock all 36 karts for every character you must Beat 150cc with all golds. You can then choose any kart with every character

It's called 150cc Mirror Mode, you unlock after you win all circuits GOLD at 150cc
