@S9KSY Can't you perform a bilateral McMurray's test? You rotate the leg laterally and extend/add valgus tension for one meniscus, then rotate medially and extend/add varus tension for the other?
I'm a physio student, and I'm just asking.

you have a spelling error.
It is not comprihencive.
It should start with K not C!

Poor!
McMurray's requires almost full flexion of the knee. It is good at picking meniscal tears in body and POSTERIOR horn of menisci.
It is not sensitive in ANTERIOR horn pathologies.
For ANTERIOR horn pathologies and if patient can't flex knee fully, do Apley's grind test: Prone. 90 degrees flex. Grind with medial and lateral twist.
