1)The Burmese comedian U Maung Thura, better known under the Zarganar "nom d'art," was arrested in the night of Wednesday, June 4 2008. He was trying to help the survivors to the Nargis cyclone, in the delta region of Irrawaddi, and was detained while he was going back home in Rangoon.
-
2)The ruling military regime didn't give any official reason for the arrest, yet the truth is clear. The comedian was helping his people, in cooperation with some monks, utilizing the funds devolved to him by other Burmese, to furnish people in dire trouble with food and first-aid goods.
-
3)After arresting Zarganar, the junta's envoys rummaged his Rangoon house, confiscating his PC which contained forbidden photos and videos (among them, Sylvester Stallone's "Rambo" and the images of the sumptuous, extravagant wedding of General Tan Shwe's daughter, a veritable derision of the misery weighing on the rest of the country). Then they stole the 1000 $ donated to him by Burmese people to support his humanitarian efforts

that IS funny!!!!
hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha

The invasion of Tibet is not limited to the appropriation and exploitation of its rich territorial resources, which include its five mountain ranges that furnish a major portion of China's water supply ("underground water in 90% of Chinese cities has been polluted by organic and inorganic pollutants" according to the BBC) and its deposits of copper, lead, zinc, iron ore and crude oil.
It is also aimed at eliminating the Tibetan identity. BB888

Westerns worry about your own country..Should China have sent troops to New Orleans to help out all those people who were left to die by their government? Should we have interfered in the USA with their drug problem, increasing violent crime, try and sort out the millions that are homeless, solve over populated prison problem, shit health system, high jobless rate, better wages (try to live off of minium wage), protest fanatically to no effect about guantanemo bay tortures....list goes on..

I like this 'dubbed'laughing. It is the laughter of jealousy.
In tibetan monasteries, patrols and deportations go on: on March 28 at the Kirti monastery, after a sudden blitz and a two-day occupation by officers of the PSB and PAP (the communist security forces in occupied Tibet) any monk found in possession of technological instruments (such as cell phones, cameras, calculators, MP3 players) was arrested as "suspected of being in contact with exiled Tibetan communities".

"Dear Hú Jǐntāo, the Court of History will judge your crimes. You was the man that in 1988, as secretary of the Chinese Communist Party for Tibet, ordered harsh repression and firing against demonstrators. Guilty, guilty, guilty. Remember, your crime will not remain unpunished
