I know he owes a lot of people money from the convention (I was supposed to work at it), but if you want to charge him with fraud, then go charge him. Bring it up and have your own trial. No, he should face charges for fraud as well. Not that it has to do with this particular case, but he owes many people tens of thousands of dollars for a convention that he "helped" assemble a little while back. The man is an absolute scumbag and deserves jail time.
