Ku Nye Tibetan Traditional Massage.
A traditional Ku Nye massage is a 2 hours session of deeply relaxing warm-oiled massage.
It starts with an application of the oil on a superficial level, then goes deeper and deeper, through muscles, points and joints work.
At the end, you remove the remaining oil with various methods, one of them uses powders.
A complete traditional Tibetan therapy includes massage and other external therapies. (see EXTERNAL THERAPIES video)
The aim of this treatment is to balance energy, body and mind without the help of internal medication.
Dr Nida Chenagtsang's researches as a tibetan physician have been extremely important for the rebirth of all tibetan external therapies.
From the begining of his medical studies, he has developped a special interest for the subject, writing several articles, books, and creating the IATTM and TANADU UNIVERSITY establishments.
He is now the only one who can propose such a complete traditional yet modern education in Traditional Tibetan Medicine.
