Yep thats right!~ Since I can't really draw a like of garbage with my tablet until it is installed correctly on my computer, I had to us mouse. Mouse=SAI= FRUSTRATION!~
Lolz but I did what I could and I have got to say, Im impressed.

@omnomnombunny Stabilizer in pain tool sai.

I recommend sketching in paper if you dont have a tablet then scan it if you have a scanner otherwise use your camera in 90 degree angle.

Download paint tool sai and set the stabilizer at the top to maximum (S-7)

the stabilizer allows you to create a very fine smooth line easily.

in photo shop similar result can be achieved with pen tool but in my opinion its more time consuming
