thank you.. this is the only video that shows you how to use the EzCap for VHS. All the other ones are for videogames and stuff like that. THANKS

Thanks very much for the demo.. It was easy to follow with clear pics and sound.. Some of the other EasyCAP tutorials are a little bewildering when one is only an I.T learner.. Thanks again..

does this work with windows 7

Anybody know if there are any drivers for Windows 7?

Do you have to connect the vcr to a seperate tv? or is it just connect the ezcap to the vcr?
-
If you have an HD cable (i use it for PS3) you can plug in your AV cables into this thing and then to ur computer, while you just play on your tv through the HD cable. alot easier and cheaper than buying splitters and that
-
if you put the ps3 in composite mode and use the composite lead, yes it will work

You can use some splitters that way you can play on your t.v while your recording
im going to be makeing xbox live videos and by any chance cause im doing all the videos and my friends doing the editing do i have to plug it in to a usb port or can i plug the 3 coloured plugs into my xbox and then it will record it onto the usb so i can plug the usb into a computer......or do i have to have the usb connected at the same time as the plugs?

Yes the usb part has to be connected to the pc, whilst the xbox is connected to the phono leads. The recording is done onto the pc.
You can save the video clips as mpeg or avi and take them to your friend to edit, no problem!

you have to insert the usb to your computer. then using a double ended av cable from your tv into the ezcap. but you will also need splitters

if your capturing xbox game footage tho, you will have a composite phono output, that wil go straight into the ezcap with any extra items!
