FIRST FLOOR: The foyer of this handsome house, with its slate tiles and exposed timber ceiling, leads to the kitchen, which features stainless steel appliances, tile backsplash, and knotty pine cabinetry. The kitchen is separated from the expansive living area by a breakfast counter, which seats two guests. The large picture windows in the living room offer incredible ocean views. The living area is divided into two separate sections, each with its own hearth, by a dining table which seats six. One side of the living room has a large wall-mounted flat panel TV with a DVD player and expanded tier cable, and a stereo. A second dining area which seats eight is just off the living room, in a circular room with windows all around. No matter where you sit at the table, you have the opportunity of ocean views! A large covered deck can be accessed from the dining room and living room, and includes lots of seating, and several rocking chairs. A furnished screened porch, which is more like a sitting room outside, includes a wood-burning fireplace so it can be enjoyed year round, and can be accessed from the deck or the kitchen. At the head of the foyer is a bedroom furnished with a queen sleigh bed. This bedroom shares a full hall bath with a den, which has a queen sleeper sofa and its own TV and VCR. The first-floor master bedroom has a king bed, a window seat, front porch access, and a private bath with a large steam shower. SECOND FLOOR: The bedrooms on the second floor, like the master bedroom on the first floor, are furnished in custom "found wood" furniture, giving them a rustic, yet artful look. The first bedroom on the second floor is furnished with a king bed and shares a full bath with a bedroom furnished with two double beds. Across the hall is a bedroom with a king poster bed and a private bath with a garden tub. THIRD FLOOR: On the third floor is a cozy bedroom furnished with a day bed and a twin bed, which has a breathtaking ocean view. This hideaway is complete with its own TV and VCR, and has its own half bath.
