Anyways, looks like a great game. One question: is it going to be linear style or Symphony of the Night style?

@LareBearProductions It's linear, I don't have the skills to make it non-linear (it's much harder with room-to-room warps and stuff like that).

I see. Game Maker looks like it's the kind of program that is used for simple yet exciting games. I've got the lite version of GM7. I think your game looks great.
