    Dave.

  • I know man. Crazy!

  • just turned 18 3 days ago. im never taking any chewing gum, juice or product with aspartame in it again.

  • Have you ever had a green smoothie? It is a way to get your daily greens without eating a bunch of salad. Greens are an excellent source of protein/amino acids. Every day I make a smoothie of roughly: 2 oranges, 3-4 pieces of kale (organic), 1-whole lemon peeled, 2-3 frozen bananas. The fruit takes over the greens so you don't even taste them. I checked a site on nutrients in my smoothie. There are at least 17 grams of protein, not to mention all the vitamins and minerals.

  • Haven't had a "diet product" in over a year. Hope my body doesnt have too many long term consequences. We've had these products in our culture for some time...

  • me too! I love gum Im looking for the aspartame free gum, I just called my husband and told him "no more aspartame" because he takes creatine and in combination with it is deadly. I had no idea

  • wow, no more gum for me
