What we can do if the screen in videoconference rooms can turn into an interactive display? With Kinect camera and sound calibration system, we can easily access the spatially calibrated depth and audio information.
We introduced four features, which are "Talking to Focus", "Freezing Former Frames", "Privacy Zone" and "Spacial Augmenting Reality".

Nice job, it needs more work on it, better blur effect, smooth background removal, etc. Although you cant fix it all, most things are caused by Kinect low resolution.
