i dont give a shit if the anti magnetic grid of my microwave oven is not supposed to hold that much enegetic magnetic field.

Don't worry, there's no pressure buildup. The plasma can get pretty hot though, and I heard "on the internets" that it can melt your the glass, so try it with cheap bowls only.

It can melt the glass, but I am not aware of other dangers.
