in fact isn't that how the Dakara superweapon (like every other bad guy superweapon in Stargate) was taken out?
a Star Destroyer's reaction to a BC-304 attacking them "they're shooting at us, heh, that's funny."
those railguns just use solid projectiles, and don't fire all that fast enough to cause much kinetic damage, (not comparable to a MAC cannon let alone a Turbolaser)
and Star Wars ships laugh at nukes, even Naquadah enhanced ones.
if they use automatic frequency shifting like trek RPG Hellfire torpedoes than it won't work,
if they use phase cloaks like the federation ship Pegasus than it might work once or twice, but once they add an anyon field to their shield makeup it won't anymore and if they have an anyon field in there already, than it won't even work the first time around.
the Dakara Superweapon can be taken down by a commando team from the inside (like everything else in Stargate)
special weapons may find it easier to penetrate Ori shields through some mechanism that is never adequately explained, but given enough energy any shield can be busted through, the question is how much can it handle.
Stargate does have a better chance than most mainstream sci-fi, but it would still be screwed.
if Drones use subspace submersion like a transphasic torpedo in star trek, than it won't go through imperial shields.
replicators wouldn't last long, the Empire are smart enough to switch to projectile/kinetic based weapons such as ACP, Mass Drivers, Sonic Weapons and Concussion weapons, or hell just point a blaster at max power at whatever surface a replicator is scurrying on and blow it up with the explosion from the blaster rather than the blaster bolt itself.
evidence as to the sheer brute strength of the shields and such of Ori vessels is unknown, so you can't say that they will be able to do anything.
actually the Dovin Basals are what the Vong used to get past the shields, Asteroids have never been shown to penetrate imperial shields (the ISD in Empire Strikes Back had not yet repaired it's shields from the hoth Ion Cannon, but between flying into a violent asteroid field with shields down and defying a direct order from Vader, well guess which one he picked.)
also EAW is only canon in terms of story, not game mechanics (such as the torpedoes and mass drivers going through shields).
Actually that's the main problem with Stargate taking on Star Wars, though they have much more firepower and tech to bring to the table then Star Trek and B5, they lack the numbers of ships to do too much. An Ori mothership, Aurora, or O'Neill (maybe a BC-304) can probably slug it out with a Star Destroyer (Ori shields also require special weapons to penetrate) but the only way I think Stargate can take out the Empire's fleets is either with the Dakara superweapon, ascended, or the Replicators.
I don't think an Ancient drone would have to do much of anything to get past the Empire's shields. Yuzhang Vong asteroids and even regular asteroids can penetrate their shields. Small craft like X-Wings were also able to penetrate the DS's original shield. I've also heard some SW games including EAW are canon, which would definitely allow for drones to penetrate. The main problems is that the Ancients don't have near enough ships to fight the Empire.

That was the Excalibur from B5
