@marg716 Thank you for your comment. I took this video a really long time ago, I cannot remember the magnification (and in my opinion the usage of a webcam or any other capture device alters the meaning of magnification). My microscope is not equipped with any light source, I usually use natural sunlight. In this case it was a 'dark field' illumination, so the sunlight simply came from the side. All the best!
