This is a fraction of the Sang Hyang Dedari purification dance where goddesses enter young girls to cleanse the village and heal the sick or destroy black magic. In modern Bali they mix various dances or rituals, so here there seems to be a kecak song. I do not imagine it is, originally it was a prayer - mantra to invite the deities to enter the girls. Would the monkey army of the Ramayana be suitable as an invitation? Monkey armies usually mobilize for a coming battle.
