Jeff, the scoville scale is based on how much it's diluted. So something that is 10 scoville unites is like 5^2 heat, I can't explain it cus I don't remember completely but u should look it up again

@wormer104 Yea that is correct but ... its not about when its in the mouth its more when the content is in your stomache , so a bottle of daves insanity in your stomache means there is so much of it being prossessed through your intestines etc , and the oil is so concentrated its just gunna make all sorts happen , but yea the mouth thing is totally correct

@TheTater1984 peppers do taste awesome, but having the ability to heat up any dish with just a few drops accomplishes a lot. I often buy the cheapest lasange, which tastes like crap, but adding a few drops of 15 minute burn or something and bam i can eat it, even if it is just coz of the burn.
